In a nice Roussillon Village, 150 m2 air conditioned villa, equipped for 8 people.
This house is composed in the ground level of a spacious living room totally opened into the garden and swimming pool, an independent kitchen, 2 bedrooms (1 with double bed, the other with 2 single beds), bathroom, toilets, laundry.
At the 1st floor, 2 bedrooms (beds like the ground floor), shower room and study (bed linen and towels are not provided by the owner).
