This beautiful oceanview condo is located in a new and elegant building which was completed in 2008. The condo offers two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the second with three twins. Counting the small fold out couch in the living room, a family of six can comfortably sleep in this unit. There are two full bathrooms, a beautifully decorated living room, a fully equipped and modern kitchen as well as an oversized balcony which offers spectacular views of the Pacific ocean as well as breathtaking sunsets. For travelers planning to visit Valparaiso - Viña del mar area this modern, spotless, very well equipped apartment is a very good alternative to an upscale hotel and the price is very competitive.
Beautiful ocean view with incredible sunsets and Valparaiso on the horizon are very inviting to spend the relaxing evenings on the large balcony with a glass of Chilean wine, by courtesy of the owners!
Camino Costanero, a few kilometers long lovely walkway along the ocean is 2 blocks away.
The location is also excellent for visiting the whole coastal are, whether one travels by car or uses the bus system. The bus stops are a block or two away and the trip to Valparaiso takes about 30 minutes.
Valparaiso has, no doubt, a lot of charm because of its topography and some old, colorful neighborhoods but it's mostly depressingly poor and neglected, crowded and very noisy. We went there several times to visit and to learn about its history but were very happy to come back to our very comfortable apartment at night.
The owners, Eddie and Danilo, are very kind and attentive owners, always a phone call away. Eddie went out of his way to accommodate us when there was an issue of not receiving our payment due to the non-delivery of our registered letter ( shame on us and/ or Canada postal services!!).
Overall, our experience with this rental was very positive and we would not hesitate to recommend it to our family and friends.

With this being the first time to Chile and the first time renting a condo with Tripadvisor, this was truly a great experience. From the start Eddie and Danilo were in contact with me no matter what the question was...and I had a lot. When we arrived we learned very quickly that knowing a second language (like Spanish) would have been helpful but we managed with the help of our taxi driver and got checked in with Joe. No surprises from the pictures on line, spotless and surprisingly very large. With the grocery store around the corner and a large mall next door, with the beach in walking distance we were truly in a perfect area. I want to thank Eddie and Danilo once again for everything including the bottle of wine which was wonderful and we will be looking for it at our Lcbo.

We stayed in this lovely condo at the beginning of a very long vacation in South america. Knowing we would be facing weeks of restaurant meals we appreciated the well-equipped kitchen and proximity to a great supermarket. The unit itself is very comfortable and nicely decorated, no complaints at all except that the weather was not quite what we expected--not the fault of the accommodation, we needed to do a better job on our homework!!! Sa is a very long trip for us so not likely we will we return but we would not hesitate if the opportunity arose, and we would certainly recommend this place to friends who might be heading that way.

Simplemente quiero agradecer a Danilo y Eddie, no sólo por haber cumplido con creces nuestras expectativas de acuerdo a lo ofrecido por internet, sino a la atención dispensada desde nuestra llegada (y antes por correo) hasta despues de nuestra salida, donde en todo momento estuvieron pendientes de nuestras necesidades. Gracias!!!
Punto aparte la mención para el apartemento, realmente Espectacular...con todo el confort necesario. Fuimos 6 personas, y realmente hasta nos sobraba espacio, todo muy moderno, confortable y aseado. La ubicación inmejorable, con un balcón enorme con vista a la playa y a Valparaiso, con una vista increible de los atardeceres en el mar...
Asà que nuevamente Gracias por todo y ojalá volvamos pronto!!! Un gran abrazo desde La Plata, buenos aires, Argentina...Ricardo Sequeyra y familia... -

We spent a week in this apartment and throughly enjoyed our stay. Two large bedrooms, a huge living area alongside a modern kitchen all contected by a wide balcony. Great Conciege staff and safe nice location. We spent 2 months in 6 different apartments in Chile and argentina and this was the best. Without being too gushing the 2nd best was Eddie and Dans apartment in Santiago! If we come back we will stay here.

It's a beautiful and comfortable appartment. And most of all,well equipped for cooking with a superb balcony offering an astonishing view on the bay and Valparaiso. The concierges are helpful and very polite.
We apreciated the facilities (pools in particular).
We would suggest that beach towels be provided. -

Wonderful property, great concierge staff downstairs, fabulous water views. We stayed in Eddie and Danilo's Santiago property, then took a bus to here. This unit was much larger and only one block from the beach, not to mention a major shopping mall with supermarket, ATM, restaurants and anything else you might need. There was an issue with the sheets not being quite up to standard when we arrived, but they took care of the problem promptly, along with some minor internet issues we encountered. Would highly recommend and stay here again.

We are expat's living in Chile and enjoy visiting other cities. We are business owners and fly the coupe when we can and don't have much time to plan.
The owner was exceptional in this case and communicated promptly when it came to booking and communicating the reservation at the last minute (via email). All amenities listed on the flip key/trip advisor website were not only available they also exceeded our expectations.
The central proximity to the beach is such a bonus and the cleanliness of the property is held at such a high standard (more so than most 5 star hotels) the attention to detail, extra pillows, blankets and kitchen amenities are incomparable to any other property we have ever stayed in.

This new, nicely decorated condo was a great place to stay while exploring the North Chile coast. The balcony is large with comfortable seating and a great view of the ocean. The location is close to town and shopping, we walked to town along the beach walk. We greatly appreciated the bottle of wine left by the owner, Eddie, who is easy to communicate with as he lives in the us. Eddie even patched an emergency call from home to the apartment. The concierge is helpful if you speak Spanish. We had 2 minor issues, a little confusion re check-in and a problem with towels. Overall, we had a great experience and this condo is a great value!

What a great condo! I have never seen a granite counter top as large. All was top notch, from the comfortable beds, the super bathrooms and the incredible balcony. The added bonus is the service of Eddie and Danilo. They will help you with transportation, sightseeing or whatever else you require. I would highly recommend any of their services and suggestions. Several friends of ours have used their transportation from Santiago also and you will get excellent service at a very competitive price. We can't wait to return.

This was a great place from which to enjoy Vina del Mar. The apartment has a great layout and the balcony, which is surprisingly big, receives the afternoon sun and offers spectacular views of the ocean. Everything was exactly as described; nothing was lacking. Since we are a family with young children, we always opt to lodge in condos rather than hotel rooms, so that we can spread out and prepare our own meals rather than go to restaurants. And unlike so many other places we have stayed in the past, this one was ready for us. Little details-- like toilet paper in the bathroom, ample fresh towels, soap and even things like coffee and salt and pepper--were provided for, when they so often, in other places, are not. The owners also prepared information about the area and maps for those who are new to it. We stayed for nearly two weeks and were very contented the whole time. The apartment is close to the beach, where there are many playgrounds and opportunities for exercise. We also made use of Danilo's brother's transport service to get us to and from the airport in Santiago. He was friendly and helpful as well.

Everyone of us has booked via the internet and then been sadly
disappointed upon arrival. This is not one of those times.
The condo building is very attractive and well kept; the staff are courteous
and very willing to be of assistance and the unit we booked was very nice -
looking just like it did in the pictures we reviewed on-line.
It is spacious, well furnished, has an incredible view of the water and the
beach within easy walking distance; it is close to shopping for groceries
and near restaurants.
The only negative for us was the traffic noise from the street below. It was
no problem when the doors were closed, but a bit too noisy for us to enjoy
the balcony or sleep with door open.
Vina del Mar is a charming place to visit and this condo was a lovely place to
come home to after a day of sightseeing.
