We invite you to stay at our new and affordable condominium located in the heart of Viña del Mar, Chile.
Our condo which is on the sixth floor of the Boulevard del Sol Building, completed in 2010, has two bedrooms. The master bedroom sleeps two and the guest room sleeps two in two twin beds. There is a comfortable futon in the living room for one more guest. There are are two full bathrooms, a small but fully equipped kitchen and separate dining room.
The building's roof level has a pool, gym and BBQ along with a spectacular view of Viña del Mar, Valparaiso, the coastline and bay.

Our brand new condo is located right next to the Marina Arauco mall which is the largest shopping center in Vina del Mar and across from the Lider Hypermarket.
Santiago is only one hour and 15 minutes away. A short 15 minute drive will have you in Renaca and a few minutes more to Concon.
Head out of the condo in the other direction and in just 15 minutes you will be in Valparaiso, the oldest and largest port city in the country.
For a secluded getaway, head east about 5 minutes to the Sausalito Lagoon park. Also nearby is Nature's Sanctuary and the botanical gardens of Vina.

My husband and I live in Santiago and were looking to take our young adult children from the U.S. to Vina del Mar. This apartment was perfect for us as it had free parking, 2 bedrooms (our son slept on the futon couch/bed in the living room, our daughter in the 2nd bedroom), was clean, well-stocked and tastefully decorated. We appreciated not having to deal with a door key (door opened with a code provided by us). While the view is of a parking lot and other buildings, it was a short walk to the beach and shopping areas which was very convenient. To top it off, dealing with owners Eddie and Danilo was a pleasure.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at this new & modern apt. It had everything and more for 2 people - especially having 2 bathrooms...a nice perk! Overall our experience was great; the only downside would be the high traffic congestion/noise from the surrounding streets (due to 3 malls in the vicinity) and the lack of an ocean view (although, there's a great view of the mall for anybody who loves shopping). I would recommend this for up to 4 people (2 adults & 2 kids; or 3 adults). Enjoy!

This apartment was very centrally located, right next to the mall and within 5 minutes walking distance of the beach. The apartment was a great fit for the three of us that stayed there but would be cramped for a family of more than 4. Views were great (even though they showed mostly city life). The kitchen was well equipped with everything you would need to make your own meals. Overall the apartment was very clean and user friendly. We had trouble getting the Wifi to start up, but that was soon resolved with quick reponses with help. I would recommend this to anyone who is looking for a great deal for a home away from home feel!

Great service from Danilo, answered all our calls promptly. The apartment is very well equipt in the kitchen and bathroom, the main bedroom very compfortable.
Great touch with the bottle of red wine.
Loved the shopping just around the corner and beach so close.
Strongly recomend this apartment for a couple or small family, loved it.
