Me and my friends rented this place, we payed all in advanced, but, for our surprise, when we got in the apartment at night, we saw that it was very dirty, like it hadn't been cleaned for weeks. The room, the kitchen and the bathroom (was the worst), the floor, the wall, everything was filthy.
We talked to the owner, that said she couldn't believe it, 'cause she'd cleaned it all. Than she sent a woman that came and in about two hours cleaned the apartment, so it could get a little more decent. We lost all morning of our vacation just waiting for her to clean. -

Antonieta was extremely helpful and accessible to make our stay much easier and smoother! The condo was very cute and comfortable, and the location was perfect. Would recommend for a small group or family getaway.

This apartment is in the center of Vi?a del Mar, with great access to both Valparaiso and the sights of Vi?a. The location is the main reason for booking a stay at this apartment. If you are more into high-tech living with further amenities, this is not your option. This is a good offer for seeing different things outside the apartment, and sleeping in a safe and clean neighborhood close to the best restaurants and transport that the area has to offer. Perfect for a couple, or a family of 3.
