Vineyard Haven is where the ferry is on Martha's Vineyard. This property is about a 3/4 mile walk from the harbor. Lovely woodsy area. Private setting surrounded by land owned by the Land Bank. Walking distance to shopping, but you feel like you are away from it all.

Our family of five really enjoyed staying at the cottage. It is not large or fancy but it is comfortable and clean with a nice yard and a deck and a very pleasant outdoor shower. The only negative was that one of the bedrooms was in the basement without much air and was a little stuffy. Given the more than reasonable price, we didn't mind at all. Vineyard Haven is within walking distance and the bike path is nearby as well. The neighbor/caretaker was very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again if we go back to Martha's Vineyard.
