1 mile from the Ferry and quaint downtown area which had amazing seafood and shopping (which was both walkable and bikable.) Quiet safe residential area. Very clean well maintained house - comfortable beds, fell in love with the couch in the living room! Came stocked with videos, board games, and magazines even had a bbq and lawnchairs outside. Wonderful service - very responsive owner who sent over a welcome paket with helpful information, checked in on us to make sure everything was going well and even followed up after we had left. Easy check in at rental agency - they even offered to drive us with luggage to the house since we didnt have a rental car and they let us us push check out by a couple hours. We came for a wedding and coulnt have asked for a better location or service ... thank you!

Everything about this house is amazing. You can tell that the owners just love their home and you will too! When you walk in your jaw will drop. It's the perfect island house. The decor is beautiful, the beds are incredibly comfortable and the kitchen is spectacular. It was the perfect home away from home with all the amenities you could want and more. After spending nearly 15 summers on MV, I have to say the biggest pain was all the extra stuff you have to pack...sheets, bath towels, beach towels, beach chairs...but with this rental you can leave it all at home and I can honestly say it was such a relief.

My wife and our three and a half year old stayed here in July this some. All I can say is wow. What a great home! Just outside of town and totally peaceful. Hop off the boat and your at the house in five minutes. What a great town and what a great time we had on our first family vacation since our child was born. We are returning in august for another week and hope to make this an annual occasion. Thanks so much for opening your home to us.

The property is just great and exceeded our expectations! It felt like a home away from home and is fully equip with anything you could possibly need even a few games and toys for the kids. The neighborhood was quiet and just a short walk to downtown. Our interaction with the owners and realty office was a breeze and we can't wait to return next year.

We really enjoyed our recent weekend stay in this beautifully decorated, contemporary home. We immediately felt very much at home. The place is pristine, well-equipped and very comfortable. The owners were a pleasure to interact with and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Definitely exceeded our expectations and we hope to return soon.
