BAYHOUSE, newly completed in December of 2011, consists of two separate structures. One containing living room, ½ bath, kitchen and indoor dining. The other structure houses 3 bedrooms, three baths and three private terraces. The covered outdoor dining terrace connects the two structures.
A gently sloping path leads down to the private beach access.
Tropical climates of around 80 degrees day or night, 365 days a year and gentle trade winds allow for an open design of BAYHOUSE removing the traditional boundaries of in- & out-door living.

The living room structure has an additional large covered terrace with a lounge area where you can enjoy unobstructed 180-degree views of the Caribbean Sea. Below the terrace is the pool, an additional pool deck, a reflecting pool and an outdoor shower.

We have staying in houses in VG, St Thomas, St Johns about half a dozen times, and this is our favorite spot. Howard and Irma are incredible caretakers, and will help you enjoy the house and all the island has to offer. The little beach just down the yard, is great for rock climbing and collecting sea glass, and the sound of the waves from the upper bedroom is intense. The layout of the home is architectural Digest quality, great views, great pool, beautiful grounds. Planning to go again next year. Plenty of beaches and resorts (Bitter End, Little Dix) to enjoy during the day, easy to reach food market, and we loved grilling and eating outside each evening. Worth it!

Bayhouse Villa was a superb vacation home! Howard and Irma are fantastic and knowledgeable! Fantastic time with the entire family. Spectacular views! You will not be disappointed.
