VILLA HIBISCUS is a luxurious, fully air conditioned 3 bedroom villa located high above sea level on beautiful St John, US Virgin Islands. Conveniently located in the upscale, gated community of Virgin Grand Estates, Villa Hibiscus is but a short drive to the eclectic village of Cruz Bay and to all of St John's world class beaches. Villa Hibiscus' high elevation location affords many breathtaking views to the southwest and west including St. Thomas, the numerous surrounding cays and on to the Caribbean Sea.
This spacious home offers many elegant features and fixtures which will satisfy the most discriminating visitor. The Great Room, wi...th its dramatic vaulted ceilings, is comfortably furnished with a luxurious Caribbean decor and features full wall glass sliding doors which bring the panoramic Caribbean views 'inside'. A 46" flat screen television with satellite programming and DVD player completes the accoutrements in the Great Room. There is also individually controlled air conditioning and exotic 'palm frond' style ceiling fans.
The fully equipped kitchen contains all of the features and amenities needed to prepare snacks to gourmet meals. There is also an island breakfast bar with seating for casual dining or snacking. Individually controlled air conditioning and ceiling fan assures climate controlled comfort. There is a glass sliding door with screen to the covered patio which features a casual or alfresco dining area with seating for six. The indoor formal dining table with seating for six is conveniently located next to the kitchen.
The pool deck features an inviting sculpted pool with waterfall. Numerous lounge chairs are provided poolside and around the large deck for ‘soaking up some rays’ or relaxing by the pool while enjoying 'sundowner' cocktails in the shade under the covered patio area. You can also prepare your alfresco dinner on the full sized BBQ grill as you watch for the ‘green flash’ at sunset.
The large master bedroom located on the upper level is accessed by a graceful curved stairway from the main entrance foyer. Here you will enjoy a comfortable king size bed, en suite bath with double sink vanity and separate shower. Individually controlled air conditioning and ceiling fans assures comfortable climate control. There is also a beverage cooler and a 32" flat screen television with satellite television programming and DVD player in the suite. While lying in bed you will enjoy the magnificent views through the glass and screen sliding doors which lead to your own private patio overlooking the pool deck and enchanting views of the Caribbean beyond.
There are two additional bedrooms located down a short hallway off the main entrance foyer. The first bedroom suite features two full size beds and an en suite bath with shower. There is a sliding glass and screen door leading to the pool deck. The second bedroom accessed by a connecting door from the middle bedroom features a king size bed with en suite bath and shower. This suite also features a glass and screened sliding door leading to the pool deck. Both bedrooms have individually controlled air conditioning systems and ceiling fans and both have flat screen televisions with satellite programming and DVD players.
