The condo is well kept and spacious. We had 10 people and we all had plenty of room to relax and enjoy the oceanfront views. Loved being able to set up at the beach in the morning for most, have some in the pool and just the overall ease of getting around the resort was perfect for all ages. The only downside had nothing to do with the staff, but some of the other vacationers who had a hard time playing by the rules. Swim diapers don't really work, so it would be great if parents kept their kids in the appropriate pools. I would recommend some shades in the master penthouse bedroom, the sun is blinding when it rises and it would be nice to sleep in on vacation. A trip to remember for a lifetime.

We greatly enjoyed the stay at this very well-run condo complex. The condo is well designed, spacious, luxurious and has a wonderful view. The oceanfront beach is clean and it is right on the border of a state park and Back Bay National Wildlife refuge. The staff are excellent I highly recommend both the condo and the complex.

We stayed at the Sanctuary for a week in August. We loved the Neptunes Castle (B405) we stayed in, but the staff we dealt with before and during were so rude and unaccommodating- we would have canceled our stay if we could- but they would not give us a refund!
Everyone we talked to before hand on the phone was rude. When we first got there- we had no linens which were ordered. We called to get them and were told it could be a while- it was a Saturday evening and we had several tired and cranky kids who just wanted to go to bed!
When we finally got them- we were shorted a set and several were mismarked as King when they were barely a twin. When we called staff back- they were annoyed with US when we should have been annoyed with them. We had several problems like this that they were unwilling to take care of. So again as long as you don't have to deal with the on site staff then it would have been a good stay.
