During the Spring before June 30 and Fall after Sept 6 there are dates when we have the Cottages available for a SHORT STAY. Minimum of three days. The Weekly rate is divided by 5 and that figure is the daily rate. The same conditions of rental apply. $300 Security Deposit and 1/2 rental to make a reservation and balance due 30 days prior to arrival date.
