The Sanctuary sends a notice explaining no pets allowed! We found pet hair everywhere! When we left, our luggage had hair all over the bottom. The condo had obviously not been cleaned in quite a while, I swept up a huge pile of pet hair from under the dining room table. The living room tv did not work, and I was told the owners knew about this, even though they advertised the Hdtv w/ 5.1 surround sound in living room. The couch in the living room had disgusting stains on it. When we called the office, they sent up a cleaning crew of 2 that put the couch slipcovers in our dryer to wash them and said someone else would come up and put them back on the couch. No one ever came to replace the slipcovers. The master bedroom quilt had gross stains on it as well, so we through it in the closet and used our own blanket. Their were gross stains all of the master carpet. We would never rent this condo again. We are still finding pet hairs in our belongings.

We enjoyed our stay at the Sanctuary and in unit A-209. Very nicely decorated and a beautiful view of both the ocean and the bay. The only thing we would probably request was a few more utensils/dishes/plates/etc.in the kitchen.
