It has 2 Master bedrooms , each with a king bed, pillow-top mattresses and private baths.

There are two private balconies with tables and chairs for outside dining, viewing gorgeous sunrises, or scanning the surf for playful dolphins.

All bedrooms have flat screen TVs with CD/DVD players . For your entertainment, the living room is equipped with a 42" plasma flat screen TV with surround sound ; and for the whole family, a Sony Play Station II, board games, puzzles, books, and wireless internet are... included as well.

This luxury condo has 2 reserved parking spaces with easy access to the elevators. Amenities include linen and towel package, and bathroom amenities include a blow dryer. This one is sure to book up quickly, so make your reservations now!

  This condo was beautiful with a great view. However, we could not get the main television to work (there were 4 or 5 remotes). We contacted the office on Sat. the day we arrived, and waited til Monday for someone to come. He came Tuesday and couldn't fix it. Finally on Thursday someone came and fixed it - our fifth day there!! The management said it was just user error - if that was the case, why didn't someone fix it sooner? My son-in-law had to go to a store and buy some kind of wire and hook it up to the tv so we could watch together. It was a real hassle. Also, when we booked the condo online, it said we had four bikes with it, so we did not bring our own. When we got there, there were no bikes...helmets, but no bikes. Very disappointing. Most of the stuff in the storage unit was old and rusted or broken. We tried to use the grills one day and none of them would light. We told the office and a few days later, we did get one to light. After the first day, the chute for garbage would not open. All these things added together, really made the week disappointing. When you pay this much money for a place, you expect a little more. I contacted the realty and let them know our concerns. I asked for a $500 refund. They sent us a $200 gift certificate to use at one of their rentals. Why would we want to go back?

  Fun week in the sun, great view!

  We really enjoyed staying at the Sanctuary and specifically in the Coastal Edge. We could watch our sand castles from the day try to withstand the tide from our balcony. The pool was clean, and never overly crowded. The beach was wonderful, soft sand, wide, and not crowded at all. The hot tub wasn't working everyday, but we had so much fun at the beach, we didn't miss it. The pool by the beach was always desserted, so it was great for the kids to play marco polo in. We could also see this pool from our balcony. The layout of the condo was great, right across from the elevator was great! Wish they had another bar stool for our 4 kid. Grills by the pool were also great, stake a close one out a little early though.
