This condo offers a beautiful open floor plan with a spacious living room and kitchen.

The living room furnishings are contemporary, with a soft comfortable l...eather couch and accent chair in a subtle butterscotch color.

The well-stocked kitchen will make meal time a true pleasure. The ample cabinetry is white with the contrast of luxurious black granite countertops. All appliances are top of the line from the GE Profile collection. The kitchen is completely open to the living room, so the chef in the group won’t miss out on a moment with the rest of your party!

The master bedroom offers a queen-sized bed with seashell-themed comforter and dresser with a private master bathroom.

The 2nd bedroom has two twin beds with sailboat-themed comforters, plus there are 2 twin roll-a-way beds for added sleeping capacity.

In addition to the TV in the living room, each bedroom is equipped with TVs with DVD and VHS players. Bring the kids’ favorite movies!

You can enjoy meals on the spacious balcony which overlooks The Sanctuary’s stunning tropical courtyard. Because the courtyard is fully enclosed on all four sides, this balcony can be enjoyed in early spring and late fall even after temperatures are beginning to dip, so consider an off-season getaway to your Peaceful Beach!

  Well maintained, roomy and comfortable. Definitely an upgrade over most beach condos and houses. Very secure, requires an ID card to access stairwells, elevators, and parking garage. Parking was tight and minimal however. Not a good fit for larger SUVs.
  We will return. Nice family atmosphere
