"The Stella Del Mare" is Fulmer Properties' largest of four extraordinary beach homes here in Virginia Beach. We've been renting our four homes now for twelve years, and it is our mission to provide visitors top quality accommodations at a reasonable price. Since we are owners renting our own properties, our prices are very competitive in that we're not paying a third party a commission.

Sandbridge Beach is the southernmost beach in Virginia, located just 20 minutes south of the Virginia Beach Boardwalk. Our community is surrounded by the Back Bay National Wildlife Refuge which is made up of over 12,000 acres of pristine beach land and forests.

WE OFFER A SIX INSTALLMENT PAYMENT PLAN WITH NO INTEREST CHARGED. DURING THE SUMMER MONTHS (BEGINNING JUNE 1ST) WE RENT WEEKLY ON A SATURDAY-TO-SATURDAY SCHEDULE. AFTER THE LABOR DAY WEEK AND THROUGH APRIL 30TH, WE CONSIDER MINIMUM THREE-NIGHT RENTALS.
HOLIDAYS ARE SUBJECT TO AN ADDITIONAL SURCHARGE.
