BEACH HOUSE DESCRIPTION & AMENITIES:

We would like to invite you to spend your vacation at our private oasis, tucked away by the ocean shore. The Bella Villa is a delightful home-away-from-home, steps away from the secluded sands of the North End of Virginia Beach and only a two-mile drive to the fun and activities at the Boardwalk.

This newly renovated, fully-furnished, and privately-owned beach home is six houses away from the ocean. You do not need to cross the road - the house is ON THE OCEAN SIDE. This home re-captures the ambiance an...d charm of a private shore getaway and authentic beach living with luxurious decor.

The spacious home is ideal for families with children and/or couples. Listen to the sounds of the sea from the deck or enjoy a fun barbecue in the private, fenced-in backyard sanctuary. Lovely and tasteful with comfortable furniture and brand new appliances. We have an extensive book and DVD library for your entertainment and welcome you to use our beach equipment during your time on the shore.

An added bonus is the highly-rated and award-winning First Landing State Park, complete with trails, bike paths and lakes, located only one block away from the beach house. A must-see.

MAIN FLOOR:

Fully-stocked eat-in kitchen (with new floors, cabinets, appliances & fixtures), formal dining room, living room, utility room with washer/dryer, and bedroom with private full bathroom. There is a main entrance but also two other doors, one leading to the outdoor shower in side yard and the other leading to the deck & private yard.

SECOND FLOOR:

Large master bedroom suite with private full bathroom, 2 more bedrooms and an additional full bathroom in the hall. There is a computer with complimentary Internet.

ADDITIONAL FEATURES:

-New hardwood floors downstairs and new wall-to-wall carpeting upstairs and in the downstairs bedroom.

-Each bathroom comes with a tub/shower.

-TVs are provided in the kitchen, living room, the downstairs bedroom and upstairs master bedroom suite. There are also several DVD players.

-The kitchen includes a microwave, toaster over, and coffee machine and all cookware, stemware and flatware. The dining room includes platters and wine glasses for a more formal dinner.

-Central air conditioning and gas heat.

OUTDOORS:

-Outside shower, storage shed with beach equipment.

-Yard is fenced all around for additional privacy.

-Four designated parking spots out front.

-Gas grill provided for your enjoyment.

2013 RATES:

-MAY: $1500.00/week

-JUNE, first two weeks: $1800.00/week

-JUNE, last two weeks: $2300.00/week

-JULY: $2500.00/week

-JULY 4th week: $2700.00/week

-AUGUST: $2400.00/week

-SEPTEMBER: $2000.00/week (with exception for Holiday Weekend)

*We rent SATURDAY to SATURDAY only.

*The rates include a cleaning fee but do not include 13% Virginia State tax. Please add that to rental amount.

*Security deposit in the amount of $500 is required and will be returned to you within 2 weeks of vacating, if no damages are found upon inspection.

PLEASE NOTE:

1. SORRY, NO STUDENTS, NO PETS, NO SMOKERS. YOU MUST BE AT LEAST 25 YEARS OLD TO RENT OUR PROPERTY. IDs will be required.

2. We have strict occupancy restrictions and in NO instance allow more than a total of 9 people to stay out our home. There is also a maximum of 5 children. This is specifically outlined in our contract and we reserve the right to verify the number in your party at any time. Misinformation on the total number of people staying at the property is grounds for immediate eviction and forfeit of the payment in its entirety.

3. Bed linens, bath towels, and beach towels are NOT provided. Please remember to bring your own. We provide pillows and summer blankets only. We are able to rent bed linens for an additional cost of $150.00. Please let us know if you would like this service when making your reservation.

4. We are able to provide you with complimentary wireless high speed internet.

A perfect blend of peaceful, relaxing living next to a lovely, clean beach.
Oceanside, 200 ft from the sand with no streets to cross.
Sandwiched between the ocean (a locals/family beach) and First Landing National Park with biking, fishing and boating activities as well hiking trails. Located in the North End, a high-end neighborhood with four private parking spaces. The home is 1.8 miles North of the Boardwalk and is next to a wide and secure lane for biking, strolling with children, etc.

  Bella Villa was a beautiful semi-detached within a very short walking distance to the beach. It was immaculate and had all the amenities. It was a 5 min. drive down to the boardwalk area and the beach area near the house was beautiful. We saw lots of wildlife, including dolphins, and there was plenty of space--none of the crowding like down at the boardwalk end. The three issues I had were very small! The bedrooms were great, but did not have curtains and the morning sun woke us all up pretty early through some inexpensive blinds. Two, right after the adorable backyard is the main road so we fell asleep to the sound of the cars, not the ocean. And finally, when all seven of us wanted to watch a movie, we had to rearrange the living room as the television is not in a good spot compared to the couches. Again, though, these were very tiny issues compared to the comfort, cleanliness, and convenience of this house! We had an amazing time and I would definitely stay there again!
