BLUE BY YOU sits on a beautiful canal that leads to Back Bay and while standing on the third level deck you can see the ocean and bay at one time. Six bedrooms (two master bedrooms, one on each level), four bathrooms, two living areas, open kitchen and dining area will give you more than enough space to spread out or spend your vacation together with family and friends. Good place to stay with kids lots of room and bathrooms. Kind of dated but no big deal. One minute walk to beach. We were sad that the pool wasn't open in april when we were there.

This is a nice home that is great for families or large groups. There are 3 queen sized beds, plus numerous twin beds and a futon. One of the great features in the house is the two master bedrooms - one on the first level and one on the 2nd level. The master on the first floor is perfect for an older or handicapped person who can't manage stairs. The house has a lot of well furnished living space. The additional living room area & TV/VCR upstairs was wonderful for letting everyone spread out and enjoy different activities. The adults in our group were able to watch one movie downstairs while the kids watched a different movie upstairs. The Property Management Company, Sandbridge Blue, left a great "starter" package at the house that contained items that came in very handy (like koozies, insulated shopping bag, kitchen sponge, etc.) We did a lot of cooking while we were there and were impressed with how well the kitchen was stocked. There is also a great library of books, with enough variety for different reading tastes. The three-level outdoor deck is fantastic, especially the covered picnic area on the 2nd level. Since we stayed during the Christmas holidays, we didn't get to use the pool, but it is large and well kept. The house is clean, nicely furnished, and well stocked and we would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful, well furnished house. Short walk to beach, beautiful pool area. On canal so canoeing and kayaking is fun. We'd love to come back again!
