The house is perfect for extended family, plenty of seating, kitchen was well stocked with essentials. Bedding was comfortable, and clean. View is nice from back bay area off deck. The pool was a pleasure, and a nice feature after a day at the beach. Pool table and foosball table were another nice feature. Grill needs an upgrade but served its purpose. Road is busy and not safe for small children unsupervised or for bicycling traffic moves fast. Beach access directly across from house is a short shaded walk on sand. Yard is fenced in and only our small Yorkie escaped once (we found the hole under the house) The house has stairs about 25 to main floor from downstairs backyard. Bring a gate for top of stairs if you have small children. Not suited for disability access. Would stay again.,.., definitely.

We stayed at this property over 4th of July week in 2012 and have contracted to repeat in 2013. Great value...very reasonable walk to the beach, brought the jet ski so were able to use the dock on property to access canal to get to Back Bay...which is just a great place to jet.
