DenverGreat house - needs shade!

Wonderful layout and well-equipped but we were there one very hot and sunny week in July and there was absolutely no shade on either the deck or around the pool. We had beach umbrellas (the kind that stick in the sand) but those obviously wouldn't work on other surfaces. It really made the outdoors unusable for most of the day.

I spent a week here with my extended family and had a good time. The view and beach access was great as the house sits by the ocean. We saw many dolphins every day. All the appliances and amenities worked well. My only complaint was the persistent moisture coming from the a/C vents in one of the basement bedrooms. This caused mold/mildew issues near the vents and had a slight smell. We didn't complain and forgot to mention it to management so I can't fault them for anything. Overall, it was a pleasant trip with no major problems.
