Perfect location on the beach, great view, comfortable and roomy bedrooms and bathrooms. Nice heavy-duty patio furniture, great hot tub! House is well cared for, comfy beds, well stocked kitchen, 2 very big TVs. My only criticism is that the living room furniture was nice looking, but not comfortable, cushions very thin and living room furniture could only accommodate 7 people. There are 3 dining table/chair sets in open dining area, but living room seating not great for a movie night. I wish the area offered a food donation center, as we had to throw away lots of food when we left. Weather was not great while we were there, but game room and covered deck area helped us stay busy. Nice having the big portable stereo "boom box" for the deck/ tiki bar.

The house was beautiful and well cared for. The check-in proceedure was effortless and wonderful. The only difficulty was the amount of bugs that collected on the pool deck and veranda. That was very unpleasant.

We stayed at the Beach Cabana in august & were not disappointed at all. The house was beautiful & clean. The pool & hot tub were awesome, this was the first time we stayed at a home with these 2 amenities and were extremely pleased with them. We had fantastic weather, which always helps.
When we needed service for hot tub, grill they were there promptly.
The only thing that we were unhappy about was that we wanted to book for this year, 2013, same week & it was already booked which I thought that the people staying that week had first pick.
Loved the place & can't wait to come and stay there again. -

Another week spent on Sandbridge, this was our third trip - and the best so far. What a house - held our group of 13 adults/8 kids nicely. Outdoor deck area awesome to relax on and watch the waves roll in...gameroom for kids was the best, they had their own place to hang out while the adults hung out at the tiki bar. Main floor of house at pool deck level, nice layout. Service was seamless from time of booking to the last day of vacation. The location was perfect, the house had everything needed. The pool deck/tiki bar area was the best feature, we were outside morning until night. Really do not have anything negative to say, only improvement would be to install a volley ball court on beach - Beach Cabana was awesome, and we hope to return again. Also - a quick shout out to Ocean Rentals who delivered and picked up our surf boards and ocean kayaks - that process was seamless as well :-)

Sandbridge staff is so friendly and very helpful. They are so nice when I go in to get the key. The house is clean. Location is great. We had a problem and they tried to help us fix it, but the owner had changed the rooms and did not tell them, so were down one bedroom and had to move a mattress in another room on the floor which took away from the big screen tv. Should have some kind of compensation, but none offered. They have updated their website since.
Wish the pool had been heated as it was cleaned, but outdoors. Nice jacuzzi though.
We had a great time and enjoyed the house alot!!
