Were in Sandbridge mid July. this house is absolutely perfect for alomost 3 families. We do appreciate second row, the beach was very close. Nice place for kids, they were 4 downstair and quite happy ! kitchen is well equiped, but dining room a bit small for 10 people. the dining set should be replaced by a bigger one, with more than 6 chairs...
as many houses (we've been in sandbridge for 5 years at different rental) many beds were not comfortable. Prices are very high in Sandbridge, owners should take care of their house...
I would recommend this house and Sandbridge Realty.
