The location was great. Beautiful beach, and not crowded. The bedrooms were as described, which was nice since it was myself and my husband with our daughter, my in-laws, and another couple. Right away we saw that it looked just like the pictures. The unfortunate thing was what the pictures didnt show. The cabinets hadn't been cleaned in a very long time. There was thick grime all over them. I had to scrub then down with lysol wipes we brought. There were beautiful sliding doors to the back deck, but the screens would immediately pop off if we tried to open them. It got frustrating to us knowing that this could be a spectacular house, but clearly there was no care in the upkeep. We left a lengthy account of our complaints and observations for the realty company along with all my contact information. I encouraged them to contact me to discuss the issues. I never heard from them, not a word. I would not rent from this realty office again, and feel sorry for the home owners. I doubt they realize the poor condition their house is in. It's a shame, really.

Really liked the house...only thing lacking was resources for pots,pans,cookware,dishes,glasses,etc...where to find?
