The beach front experience was wonderful. The house, not so much. We had 3 refridgerators come and go in our one week there. And, yes, that was very inconvienient. The central air conditioning was not able to cool the house and the stairway was a little scary. It did, however ,have amazing views and a lovely screened porch. ( We had to fix the screens ourselves first ) Oh, and the hot tub did not work.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Last year the house we rented gave a cramp like feel, however, we were pleasantly pleased with the energy in this house. It was simple, yet warming, clean and inviting. We commented each day of our stay on just how peaceful and zen the house was. We would like to rent this house again, but we may not be able to as more family will be accompanying us. Our only complaint was the heat upstairs. It did not seem to disburse evenly throughout the upstairs rooms, however, we can easily overlook this flaw. Our stay was made pleasant by the zen ambiance created by this home.

We rented this house at the last minute and was accomadated in everyway, both by the owners and by Sandbridge Realty. This property was perfect for our split family vacation. Being able to let the kids go to the beach and watch them from the deck was a big plus and convenient to come back to the house for breaks in the day. We truely enjoyed this house and it provided the carefree family vacation we were seeking.
