We rented this property for 6 months as a winter rental. While we were there the seal in the front window that looks out to the ocean went bad. The window completely fogged up and you could not see out of it. The owner would not have it repaired. There were some things inside the house that needed to be repaired/replaced and the owner would not approve those either. The house needed a lot of updating and repair when we vacated it in april 2012.

My family and I stayed in this home and simply loved it. It was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. No need to bring cooking utensils, there was more than enough. We had a family breakfast one morning and a family cookout as well. The beach was a few steps away. We enjoyed the boardwalk as well. The only downside was we had to drive everywhere. We also picked the wrong time of year, Mid September. It was a little too cold for us, but we made the best of it. Having a swimming pool right there, was awesome. We loved being altogether under one roof and hope to continue sharing one big house for vacation wherever we go.

I took my children and grandchildren for a week by the beach. The house was right across the street from the beach which was wonderful. We enjoyed the location,and the house was great for the 7 adults and 4 young children.We liked having a pool outside.I wish they had an outside shower which was have made it easier with the kids, but other than than that we loved it. I am renting again but a little bigger house this time with an outside shower.
