This was our fourth visit and it was outstanding. Home is well appointed with amenities similar to our home. Location on the north end of SF Road makes it lest congested. Many houses are full time residents in the area. One draw back. Needs a second refrigerator. A house that size requires almost daily trips for ice

Our family of 11 had an amazing time at Dunescape. There was plenty of room for everyone and it never felt crowded. The pool and hot tub were excellent, both warm and clean.
Everything in the house worked perfectly, and when the washer broke, management was there right away and replaced it. Sandbridge was a great company to deal with.
The home is just a very short walk to the ocean and you can see it/hear it from the 2nd/3rd floors of Dunescape.
We have said numerous times that this was one of the best family vacations we have been on and a large part of this is because of the stay at Dunescape. We will return at some point for sure. -

My family (8 adults, 1 child) stayed at Dunescape the week of May 19th to the 26th of 2012. We had the most wonderful time one could imagine. The home was very well maintained and the kitchen was stocked well. The layout suited our family very well. The open floor plan of the second floor was great. The master suite on the top floor was stupendous. The house was directly across the road from a beach access point. This second row home was great as it included a nice pool and hot tub. It also has beach chairs, umbrellas and bikes. You could relax on one of the 4 decks and hear the ocean and watch the sun either rise or set. The home is located about 15 minutes from the closest grocery store so we tried to grab as much as possible on the way in the first day. There is a store on the beach but we didn't check it out as we figured prices would be much higher than more inland. The only thing I would have liked to have seen was a second fridge maybe in the basement. Although the weather was not as warm in May as it is in the summer we still found ourselves in the ocean a few times. We would definitely stay at the Dunescape Home again.
