Still a cottage, not a castle! Beach lovers will be thrilled with the great views and easy access to the non-bulkheaded beach. This cozy home is a great retreat from the busy world! The downstairs bedroom, with outside entrance only, is great for teens. Nice paperback library for children and adults! CAC, CCTV's, DVD, VCR, Internet, gas grill, open and screened porches. BR 4 has outside access only. NO PETS ALLOWED.Bed Sizes: BR1 - King, BR2 - Queen, BR3 - Bunkset (Twin/Twin) and Queen, BR4 - Bunkset (Twin/Twin) and Twin

This rental needs some heavy duty updating. For the amount of money charged to stay at this place is a disgrace.
As a Realtor in CT I was dismayed at the misrepresentation of this home. Not to mention there were some older reviews on Trip advisor (which I can no longer find) which mentioned items needing repair or attention that still were not fixed for our stay! Shameful! We could not even lock the sliding door off of the living area. I had to call Sandbridge to send someone to fix it.
I'd like to see homeowners reinvest in their properties so guests can have a more pleasant stay. Greed is a terrible thing and ruins reputations.
I most definitely would not stay here again.

We had a great time at the beach. We really enjoyed our stay at this house and in this area. We thought we would be disappointed being away from the downtown Va boardwalk, but it turned out to be great. We saved on money and got to really enjoy our time together. The house was perfect for all 11 of us. The downstairs seperation worked great for our 4 teenage boys. They were able to have their things scattered & have their own bathroom without it bothering the rest of us. We really recommend this area & this rental company.
