You definitely pay for the location, not the house with this rental. The icemaker was completely broke and other appliances were not in great working order. The furniture was old and unstable. My father's chair broke when he sat down! At night, there are many gnats/mosquitos that cannot be helped, however the screen on the porch has many rips and holes which allows those pests inside.
I would not rent this house again. -

Left on 02/06/2013 for a stay in October 2012
house was small and location on beach was perfect. Screendoor was broken but nicely repaired by maintenance. Refrigerator was noisy and defective ice maker could not be repaired. Other than that our stay was quiet and enjoyable.
