My husband and I, along with our 2 small dogs loved this home for its comfort and amenities. The large closed in porch was a great place to enjoy our morning coffee where we could still see the ocean between the homes. Access to the beach was almost directly across the road. Although the pool was too cool to enjoy during our stay, it as well as the property were enormous. The only drawback to this property was the large area of wood pool decking which was in very poor condition and one had to be careful not to trip or injure yourself on the ends of the boards that were sticking up.

Home was clean and linens were there upon arrival. We were able to check in about 2 hours early as well.
Location was great, but did not trust children walking across the road by themselves.
We took 2 dogs - the fenced in back yard with a pool was what sold us on this house. It was great for everyone to hang out in the yard; relax, swim, play volleyball.
Outside shower was a plus!
Downtsairs room with pool table was very small for playing pool and smelled very damp. No one was comfortable sleeping down there or using fold-out bed.
