Great floorplan for hanging out with family in great room. Good looking kitchen. Bedrooms split apart which made it quiet. Nice that it was on the canal and at a path to beach access. Liked the piano. House was only maintained on the surface. Everything looked good on the surface. Dishwasher shelves were broken. Showers were dirty. Kayak and ramp to canal were not in working order. Nice big dock on the canal. A lot of little things wrong. Well worn house. We arrived late and maid service was not done and we had to wait. They didn't make the beds so we had to be refunded the money. Great that we could rent wed to wed. Wasn't what we expected, but we still had a great time. Nice, quiet, private location. Top floor bar and roof deck were not open. Back yard full of weeds. Good for big family with kids or college students. Great huge TV.

We were very disappointed with the house. When we arrived it was dirty. We had to call housekeeping to come clean it. But the level of dirt, there wasn't much they could do. I felt bad for Pam, she worked hard to get the chairs clean. The pictures were deceiving. I wanted to leave. I feel we should get a partial refund. There were ants in the kitchen. It was a mess. I would have given it one star but Sand Bridge Realty came through.
The house and the decks were so dirty we were going to rent a power washer to clean it but Sand Bridge said no, we'll do it. On Monday someone came out and power washed and we were able to sit outside when it dried. They also brought new lounge chairs but the carpets were dirty as were the utensils. We had to bleach what we did use but we brought disposable plates and utensils.
I would recommend Sandbridge no longer rent this property until the owner does something about it. It is the owners fault. We paid far too much for what we got and I am very disappointed. I would rent from the agency again but I'd be more careful in my selection. Again the agency did their best to fix our problems and accommodate us. They were friendly and professional. I posted this review to warn others about the condition of the house. The furniture is also dirty but they use covers. The only furniture that is acceptable are the stools, kitchen chairs and leather couch. The toilet seat was broken in one of the bathrooms. We made the best of it but I felt I wasted my money.
One positive is the pool. After the storm maintenance came and cleaned the pool without us asking. Just another point about customer service which was excellent.
