My husband and I decided to get married on the beach by Beach Weddings Virginia, and have never been to Virginia Beach before nor have rented a vacation home before. Since our reservation was really last minute (less than a day notice), we were relieved that Sandbridge Realty could accommodate us. Everything went so smoothly. We were able to check-in early! Both of our families stayed in the home and since it was a small wedding, we really enjoyed the space! We went fishing on the pier, walked barefoot to the beach, ate the best steamed crabs ever (and we are from Maryland), shopped at the local grocery. Everything was so convenient! The best things I loved about the home was the enormous master bathroom with the whirlpool, the balcony to see the wonderful stars and moon at night, the beautiful kitchen that had everything utensil/dish/pan that you can think of, the view of the beach from the front two balconies! I wish we did this a month before so we could use the pool since it was such a hot weekend we had when we stayed there. It did not really matter because everything else was so magical! My family is still talking about the great time we had and are really looking forward to the next trip when we have our 1st wedding anniversary. Who knew that October was awesome in Sandbridge! I would definitely recommend this home, its hidden, relaxing, spacious and very pretty inside and out.

Nice place but way over priced. Needed maintenance on a number of furnishing.
Recomend a detaled map in your yearly rental booklet and web site so can look up every rental for exact location quickly.

This home was perfect for our Christmas family getaway. The rooms were adequate with perfect space, and right by the bay. The view was gorgeous and the bedrooms beautiful.
The Sandbridge Realty team has always been wonderful to work with, and we have been with them for 3 yrs and are looking forward to many more beautiful vacations.
