Everything about our vacation here was great. The house was very well kept and generally clean. pool was nice and it was a very short walk to get from the house to the Ocean beach, which was not crowded at all. We even had a small incident that happened while trying to turn something on, but the insurance is available through Sand bridge reality took care of it.

We stayed at this house for a week. The house itself is great and was clean but the front and backyard leave much to be desired. The backyard is quite wild and the pool is not fenced in. There is a railing around the pool but you have to be extra careful with children walking near the canal. The backyard should be cleaned out because there were snakes hanging around near the pool. A local said the snakes are poisonous and live near the canal but are harmless unless provoked. Still, I would have liked the backyard to be cleared out and the pool fenced in.
If you just want a nice house and don't care about the yard, it's nice. -

I would give them no stars if I could. We had a week rental before my husband deployed for all of his family to fly in from everywhere around the country and spend time with him before he left. Long story short, we had a problem in the house which cause us for a few nights to all have to cram into a few rooms, without the use of 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, not a big deal until you have a house full. After spending over $4,000 on the house, we contacted the office when we checked out and they said they would give us a call on Monday. Not only did they not call but after me calling the office twice, they returned my call 4 days later to tell me they would be in contact which after numerous calls and emails, it took them near a month to get in contact with me and tell me they would give me $100 refund and $200 voucher for a future stay. I was only asking to get 2 nights worth back as the beginning part of our stay was okay so I felt that was very fair. Not only did I not cash the tiny check they sent but I won't use the $200 as I plan to never stay with them again. The customer service was by far the worst I have ever worked with and they said there wasn't anything they could do as the homeowner wouldn't do anything. My problem is more with Sandbridge Realty than the house itself. (Did have a problem with the hot tub, stove/oven, and smoke detector constantly beeping, we did notify maintenance about that issue as well)
