Left on 02/16/2013 for a stay in July 2012
The house had not been clean when we arrived. This was taken care of late into the evening on check-in day. We then had a/C problems that lasted several days. The dishwasher quit working mid-week. Wifi never did work correctly even after I contacted the service provider and rental office. The back porch flooded as well. We still had a great trip considering all of these problems, but you would expect better than we received for the amount of money we spent.

This was our first visit to Sandbridge and the beach, and surrounding community was great but this house was awful. The pool was dirty, the liner was duct taped and weeds were growing out of the concrete. The house had ants in the kitchen, the refrigerator was old with broken shelves and we had to complain to the realty company several times about the overall conditons. They fought for us to get a refund becuase of the conditions but the owners would not agree. I would not stay at this house, don't trust the pictures, they must be from 10 years ago, becuase this house is nothing like them. We will return to Sandbridge but not to this house.
