We loved this cottage with the pool and view of the inlet. The walk to the ocean was short and easy, and the cottage had everything we needed for our family visit! Loved having a screened in porch with easy access to the front or back of the cottage.

This was in a prime location, right in clear view of the bay, easy walk to the beach and with a screened in room on the deck. Frankly, I rented it because the price was a little cheaper than comparable places (we need 5 bedrooms) and rent the first week in aug. that has the lowered rate. We have rented many times in Sandbridge and this was among the nicest, although - each room was just a little smaller than the more expensive places we have rented. Guess what? No one noticed as there was lots of room to keep all the different groups (from teens to kindergarten) mixing. Nice new hot tub included. The only downside was the stone decking to the pool area. It could use a spruce up as some of the bricks no longer lay flat and there were some minor trips. Dogs allowed here and it is a good location for them except - the yard is enclosed, but pets can't be left unattended as they can go under the house and out the front. Great place for boats/canoes as bay access is close so no long rows down canals to reach fishing. Great rental, the best we have had in our near 10 years of renting in the area. Nice savings and we never minded the slightly smaller rooms. No one even noticed!!
