We have been vacationing in Sandbridge for many years. This is the nicest house we have ever stayed in. Beautiful and very clean! If it wasn't so expensive I would stay here every year. You get what you pay for and this place certainly lived up to its price tag.

Everything about our rental experience really was excellent. We rented the house with another family and their kids in the off season to celebrate mutual birthdays. The house was fantastic! It's spaciousness and beautiful decor were exactly as described. The house had a great downstairs space for the kids and separate spaces upstairs for the adults. It is also close to the general store, which we found very convenient. We also had a great experience with Sandbridge Realty. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. Check-in and out was simple and quick. The house was spotless when we arrived. And maintenance was very responsive to a cable problem we had during our stay. I would definitely stay here again and would not hesitate to use the realty company again as well.
