Gorgeous villa for 14 guests renovated in 2012 with 7 bedrooms all with en suite bathrooms, private and fenced swimming-pool, amazing views over a wonderful countryside, air conditioning, internet Wi-Fi and first quality furnishings.
The villa is located in the amazing Pisa countryside near the town of Chianni (only 5km) in a very tranquil and private area. The villa is surrounded by a wonderful garden with plenty of space for kids, relax and with a huge, fenced and heated swimming-pool (5x15 meters) with plenty of c...hairs and lounges. The outside of the villa has 2 outdoor dining areas (both with large tables for 14-16 people and views), an outdoor and modern kitchen and a barbecue.
Internal Description:
The villa is divided in two floors:
Ground floor: The ground floor is composed by: Double bedroom (twin on request) with king size bed, sitting room, en suite bathroom with shower and private covered patio with view. This bedroom is disabled adapted. Double bedroom with king size bed, en suite bathroom and garden access. An open space living-room with comfortable seating for 14 guests and flat screen TV, independent dining area with wooden table seating 14 people, modern and professional steel kitchen with two fridges, freezer and table seating 5 people with direct access to the outdoor dining area. First floor: The first floor is composed by 5 bedrooms all with en suite bathrooms: double bedroom with king size bed and en suite bathroom with bath tub and shower, double bedroom, with king size bed and en suite bathroom with shower, double bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower, double bedroom with king size bed, sitting room area, en suite bathroom with shower and private access to a nice terrace with table and chairs with amazing views. You can access to this room from the garden too thanks to an external stone staircase. Twin bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower.
All the bedrooms have en suite bathroom, and all the rooms of the villa are air conditioned and have mosquito nets.
Our Personal Opinion:
This villa is simply one of the most amazing properties you will find on the Tuscan countryside. The farmhouse has been completely renovated with the best qualities. The furnishings have all been selected with a exceptional care from the owner and all the details have been considered to make the villa a perfect home: salted, fenced, heated and large swimming-pool with absolute privacy, amazing garden, plenty of space on the living-rooms, 3 dining areas, air conditioning, internet Wi-Fi, mosquito nets, modern, large and fully equipped kitchen, staff included in the price... There is nothing else you can ask for.
The property can only be booked from Saturday to Saturday.

Included in the Price: Final Cleaning, Utility Bills: water, gas and electricity, house, swimming-pool and garden maintenance. Internet wi-fi, swimming-pool, cleaning and towels and linens change on Wednesday and Saturday.
Excluded from the Price: There is a weekly extra charge of 500,00 € for heating the pool. Any requests must made in advance and be paid before arrival. Extra services on request.
Security Deposit: All customers must pay at the arrival a deposit of 1.000,00 € at check-in. It will be returned after check-out in full, subject to deduction for damage caused and/or payment for additional services.
