This privately owned villa, Villa Margareta, is one of four villas (Ad Astra Villas) sharing 1.5 acres of land by the sea in Wadduwa, 35 km south of Colombo. The property includes a 16 meter swimming pool, a lawn tennis court, staff and guard houses. Leading from the living room is a terrace with views to the garden, pool and beach, furnished with table and chairs to enable you to dine al fresco. The basic price 970 Euros per week applies for 2 guests using the entire villa, including maid service,chef and driver.. Additional bedroom with 2 adult guests adds 220 Euros per week. During peek periods 30% is added to the basic price.
The chef prepares whatever you wish for breakfast, lunch and dinner at actual cost for the ingredients.
Optional: Airport transport adds 50 Euros each way.
All inclusive of taxes.

Having been to Sri Lanka many times we were just amazed when we arrived. Set in beautiful secure grounds with a tennis court and beautiful pool the villa was more than we could imagine.
It is huge so for 4 adults and 2 kids ample room. Pushpa the cook provided us with amazing Sri Lankan cuisine and could not do enough for us. Mr T was lovely offering us advice on any given thing.
We had our own vehicle but used the driver to direct us to local temples, elephant rides, food markets.
The kids loved playing outside and stroking Nangi the dog. When they were exhausted they could relax watching satellite tv with kids shows in the upstairs lounge room.
The photos here show you a fraction of the villa there is much more to it. We will return for sure. We got truly spoiled by the staff and left feeling totally relaxed.
