This detached barn conversion is on a working smallholding near Withiel village, and sleeps four people in two bedrooms. The Barn is a detached barn conversion near Withiel, close to Wadebridge. The property has a double bedroom on the first floor, along with the sitting room with woodburner. On the ground floor is a twin room, bathroom and kitchen with dining area. Outside is off road parking for one car, and a private lawned garden set across the farmyard from the property. The Barn makes a very welcoming family base for enjoying this part of Cornwall, from the Eden Project to the beaches of Newquay and the north Cornwall coast.

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee. The "Min. Per Night" prices quoted are based on the weekly rental price, they are not applicable for short breaks. See our short break policy or ask for further details.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

Had a wonderful week here, the barn was very well and thoughtfully equipped-no need to bring books and games for the kids and beautifully furnished. Hosts were fantastic, friendly and welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. The children loved the farm but we spent most of the time at the beach and out and about. Once we had got our bearings, the location was very good too. Big supermarket not too far away to stock up on provisions and had weather been very bad, barn would have been a comfortable and enjoyable place to be.

Our trip here was our first ever holiday with our four month old baby. It was very well equipped and couldn't have been more suitable for us. The owners were very obliging and the cottage was central to all Cornwalls popular attractions.
