Additional notes from owner
Booking terms and conditions for both cottages:
Please note there is a minimum booking of two nights for weekends and long weekends. Single night bookings mid-week subject to availability; Monday to Thursday.
For bookings of seven (7) or more consecutive nights, a 10% discount applies, plus a mid-week full service is provided in which all bed linen, towels, toiletries, coffee and tea are also refreshed. A deposit of 50% of the total tariff is required to secure bookings of 7 or more consecutive nights.
Check in is from 3:00pm, check out is by 10:00am. Check in later than 8:00pm by arrangement only. Check out later than 10:00am will incur an additional night’s tariff.
We are also happy to provide hampers of breakfast provisions, additional to the tariff at AUD$15 per guest, if required.
The tariff is determined by the number of guests and the number of beds required. Neither cottage is equipped to take more guests than stated below; we regret that we cannot accept bookings nor the unexpected arrival of more guests than this. Likewise, beds used in addition to the confirmed tariff will be charged accordingly.
Our cancellation policy, as per our website, is as follows:
Please appreciate that unlike larger establishments with multiple rooms, the cottage is boutique accommodation for which a cancellation represents 100% loss of occupancy, which is very difficult to recover at short notice. Payment of a deposit accepts the following conditions.
For cancellations made within 14 days of arrival a fee of 50% of the total accommodation cost will apply (unless we are able to rebook). For cancellations made within 7 days of arrival a fee of 100% of the total accommodation cost will apply (unless we are able to rebook). Failure to arrive on the due date or cancelled days after arrival will be charged at 100%. For an unavoidable change in dates, the deposit will happily be transferred to the new dates – this is subject to availability and is valid for a period of three months from the original booking date.
As we are surrounded by working farms, Little Bunda Cottage is unable to welcome pets of any kind – we regret that no exceptions can be made. Rosewood Cottage is also unsuitable for pets. Dandaleith Boarding Kennels (ph: 0269 215 008) and Wagga Boarding Kennels (0269 285 512) both provide a quality accommodation service for travelling pets.

Rosewood Cottage - a little slice of heaven in Wagga Wagga
From the very onset of our enquiry, everything was handled very professionally and with friendly service. Rosewood Cottage is a gorgeous house in Wagga Wagga suitable for a family (there were 5 of us). The home is complete with everything anyone could want, all you need to do is go shopping and fill the fridge! Jen will even arrange for food packages for those who don't have time for this. The home is close to Kapooka army Base (our reason for being there) and is in a quiet location, although close to shops and eateries if needed. Spotlessly clean and very comfortable, we will definitely stay again if visiting Wagga Wagga in the near future.
Rosewood Cottage Wagga Wagga
Wonderful large home with everything we needed for a holiday with 3 children. Walking distance to the botanic gardens with zoo and fantastic playgrounds, making it an ideal site for a family holiday. Jen was very friendly and helpful- I would highly recommend this house.
Home away from home
We loved Little Bunda Cottages, the mud brick cottage is stunning with all the home comforts you could want. The surroundings are also beautiful.
Perfect country retreat
Beautiful location, in the middle of wineries and other fresh produce country stores. Loved the mud brick house, perfect for two couples or small family.
Rebecka & Scott
Stayed at the rosewood cottage in town. Jennifer was there to greet us and show us around when we arrived and we were not only impressed with the property but also the special attention to detail - it really is the little things that make or break a place - milk in the fridge when we got there, extra towels available and a great selection of equipment for our 6 month old baby (she really loved the swinging chair!).
The price was comparable to motel/hotel stays in town but you get a whole house instead of a stuffy little room, located in a quiet street but not too far from town. I really don't have a bad thing to say, we loved staying here and hope to do so again in the future.

Fantasic place. Amazing views from bedroom. House just beautiful with all mod cons. Diffidently put a lot of thought into it. Hosts were very friendly and accomadating for our three girls. 10 star accomadation. Very close to the uni. Highly recommend to families.
