From the first contact to book we knew this would be great due to the prompt and courteous service. We were not disappointed!! In fact our expectations were exceeded.
Wonderful and friendly first greeting on collection ( great service); beautifully appointed and private rooms including great bath and all important spacious shower.
Kitchen had all you could want with everything top quality to the bedroom with ocean views!! Bed was excellent.
Spa outside on the spacious private deck; stunning infinity pool has to be seen to be appreciated; drinks poolside in the evening to chocolate on the pillow at night simply made us feel very special.
Easy access to a beautiful small beach with secluded cove clothing optional. No question to hard to answer with lots of information about where to go and what to do in the room but our hosts had fantastic suggestions.
If you want a private , relaxing, spoilt break then look no further.

We pulled up the drive and soaked in the view of the hilltop vineyards and the tidy tranquillity of the gardens.
We had assumed that we were two of many of the weekend's guests, but to our delight ours was the only guest accommodation with exclusive use of the spa, which was just outside our bedroom. This had been turned on in expectation of our arrival and was ready for our use.
The accommodation was immaculately clean and had been dressed with flowers in the bedroom, bathroom and lounge. There was also a basket of the best Waiheke goodies to welcome us - bread; olive oil, wine and the best of all a jar of our hosts own homemade Hummus! Yummy!
Our hosts were there in every way. The bed was turned down nightly and truffles left on our pillows. They were so attentive and yet somehow not there...all the little touches were added completely out of sight.
This was such a great weekend, that was way beyond our expectations and yet so close to auckland City. We are already planning our next weekend away.

We received outstanding service, real five star treatment
Everything was neat and tidy, you really get value for your money. It is close to town, beaches and shops.
Loved the jacuzzi and the welcoming gift.

From the minute we were picked up in the Classic Mercedes Benz' limousine, right down to the truffles placed on our pillows each evening at turn-down not one precious thing was overlooked to totally pamper us. Eliot should give a MasterClass course in "service", as we have never felt so spoiled and enjoyed ourselves so much. Truly a magical and wonderful vacation. We have stayed in many places in our travels in NZ and we would rate our experience at B'giled by Little Palm an a++
