Clean comfortable apartment. Well equiped. Awesome toilet..heated! Parking in building, and convenience store on property. Only used pool and jacuzzi once, but nice to know it was there. And great location.Even had a supermarket within walking distance. We couldn't have been happier.
And management was nice. -

We stayed at the Waikiki Banyan in October 2008, booking the condo through Koko Resorts.
The room was totally satisfactory for our requirements. We loved the fact that we had a full kitchen so that we could have some of our family meals there, it gets quite expensive eating out 3 meals a day when you stay in a hotel.
The company Koko resorts were great! and we loved the fact that they loaned out quite a lot of things like boogie boards and airbeds etc free of charge.
We loved our trip so much that we are heading back this year in October and have booked through Koko Resorts again. -

Location was excellent.We had great views from our unit and enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the morning. It was a quick walk to the beach. KoKo Resorts made many items available to us such as beach mats,boogie boards, surf board,etc. The area was surrounded by fun night time activities. We got to know one local establishment well with a nightly visit for shaved ice treats! The unit we stayed in was comfortable but some amenities could have been updated. Definitely needed more hooks to hang towels to dry! A few more chairs in the living room would have been nice being there were 5 of us. Overall, it was a good experience and we would use KoKo resorts again.

We were looking for a family vacation spot and Koko Resorts came through with flying colors! The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The extra touches that Koko Resorts provides to its clientele went a long way with our kids enjoying surf boarding, tennis, etc. We had an extremely good time during our stay and will definately choose to stay here again. It's location is very ideal and close to all amenities.
