Booking process was easy and straightforward with no surprises, and Koko Resorts reps quickly responded to all my questions.
The unit is nicely updated and very comfortable. However, it does not face the ocean as depicted in one of the photos; the unit faces west, directly at another building with a partial ocean view. One minor note on cleaning is that the coffee maker needed a good scrubbing.
The convenience store and coffee shop in the ground floor of the building were very handy, as was the pool. From the building, it's a very easy walk to the beach and Kapiolani Park. The building's location also makes for easy access to/from H-1 freeway through Kapahulu.
Pros: Being on the quiet side of Waikiki, free parking and wifi, dishwasher, king size bed
Cons: Really nothing notable.

Stayed in condo for three nights made my arrangements over the phone everything was as I expected. Came in late key was in lock box view was good for being a block away from the beach. all around great transaction no up charges. Would use their company again with no reservations.
