We love the large balcony and murphy bed.

Left on 12/09/2009 for a stay in November 2009

We had a wonderful stay and love 610-1 but it does need a little upgrading,
the carpet in the bedroom needs replacing and the vacuum does not work well
to clean it. The floor in the bathroom area as well needs to be replaced and the
furniture needs a good cleaning as well. But the location of the unit and the
large balcony will keep bring us back as well as having a dish washer and
      washer/dryer.
Also Koko resorts was GREAT nice to have all of your beach supplies available
for free. We will recommend Koko for sure.

      good value and great location

Left on 09/24/2009 for a stay in August 2009

Waikiki Banyan is a great location, close walking and driving distance to everything. Parking is free which is also a plus. Employees at the Banyan are very friendly, we visited the cafe several times. Suite 610 is well equipped, only negative is interior (furniture, rugs, receptacles) could use some updating. I also thought it wasn't as clean as it could have been, especially around the washer/dryer area. Overall it is a good value, we weren't looking for luxury as we spent most of our time exploring Oahu. We would definitely stay again.

      Enjoyed our stay!

Left on 09/01/2009 for a stay in May 2009

We were very pleased with our stay at the Waikiki Banyon. The facilities were very good, well stocked and clean. Special thanks to the staff, especially Liz, of Koko resorts, who were exceptionally friendly & helpful. We have recommended this property and company to several friends.

This was everything I was looking for. Perfect location near the beach, great unit with the lanai for hanging out if we didnt feel like going anywhere. We had a great time just walking and seeing things near the resort. The Koko resorts people had all the beach stuff already for us so we didnt need to buy or bring much. The only problem is I want to go back and do it all over again.

      Pleasant Escape

We had a pleasant stay in the Banyan. Our room was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the tennis court and our son enjoyed the pool.

It was a bit of a walk to the beach, but we would pack for the day and enjoy our time.

      The suite 610 Tw1

Left on 08/13/2009 for a stay in June 2009

We stayed a week with our whole family. Our family is large, and the unit is small for us. We were pushing & shoving for extra space. I would have wished I got a larger unit. The layout is weird. A bed is in the living room. We watched TV, at night on a bed, and barely had couch space to sit cause of bed in way. We didn't know how to clean the dryer lint filter, and caused lint to fly around in air. I guess it was filled, no instructions on how to clean lint filter. I would recommend this unit for family of four only. Overall, Koko resort management offers excellent service, and kept communications at best. I never booked online, and they helped me all the way; giving me assurance that everything will be OK.
If and when I come back to Hawaii I will use their service again, and definitely get a larger unit. My kids liked that they were able to use surf boards, boards, toys on beach by Koko resort office at no extra expense. Unit is close to everything in Waikiki. Aloha
