The people were the greatest to work with and very accomodating
The unit could use upgrading. Other then that we enjoyed every minute that were there. The timeshare that we were using was much more upgraded. We loved it -

There was no check-in procedure, just walked right up to the room. The place was nicely furnished, clean, spacious (good for families), with excellent ocean views. Large pool deck with good sun exposure. Banyan is walking distance from everything - food, beach, zoo, markets. This location also means the streets are noisy throughout the day and night, so sleep was interrupted with sirens from time to time. Overall, good place to stay.

The staff were very pleasant and accommodating. The home was very nice---clean ,,commfortable and provided the necessary amenities.
The location was great---so close to the beach and the main street.
It was a bit noisy at night and we could always hear the traffic!
The view was lovely---a fairly good view of the ocean..
My only complaint was the elevators---one always out of service and the others were slow at times. -

We currently spent 8 nights at the Waikiki Banyan Room 914 Tower 1 and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Loved waking up to the view of the ocean from our bed. We liked that we were on the 9th floor as my husband is not comfortable with heights so this was perfect for us. The only thing I would mention is that the air conditioner is not working properly and we were very warm some nights.

My first time using a vacation rental but it was a great first time experience.
Staff was great! I never had to go to their office located on the resort but the reservation person was friendly and helpful. They respond to your calls and emails quick!
Great location 1 block away from the beach. Great view of the ocean. Its a corner unit on the 9th floor. It's cool to have a mini store on the first floor if you need something right away or craving something at night. The pool and play area was good enough but no need, go enjoy the ocean! The room smelled weird at first but just bring your favorite air freshner and you'll be at home.
Nice and clean furniture. We stayed for 10 days and they provided plenty of towels and linens. Living room area was big and the balcony/lanai was spacious. They provide an air mattress that we put in the living area. Kitchen area was clean. Faucet was broken but no big deal. Bedroom was great but no total privacy, it opens up to the living room area. TV and internet access is availble in the room. Make sure you keep that AC running but sometimes we made it to cold.
Overall, GREAT place to stay!!!!!! Close to the beach to bring kids, especially the area where they built that seawall that encloses an area where its only 4-5 feet deep. Plus the parking pass was included with the room rate.
Just being picky but some upgrades... The cabinets in the kitchen were loose; faucet was loose; shower head needs to be replaced, it was dirty. If you own a truck do not bring it in Waikiki! Parking spaces are small. I had to park only on the first level because my truck wouldnt make the very low clearance in the parking garage. I was hoping every night that a space was available for me.
Thanks again, I will book again for sure, especially if it's at the same rate. -

Planning was easy. Great responsiveness to email and phone questions and I had a lot of them, being my first time staying in a vacation condo vs. the usual hotel option.
Checkin was exactly as described in the instructions/contract.
Suite was adequately furnished. Full kitchen and full fridge were so nice to have while on vacation.
Checkout was also smooth.
Overall a 10/10 experience. Great job Koko! -

The use of the beach toys, boogie board and chairs were convinent.

We only stayed here 2 nights but found the unit stylish and comfortable. The morning street traffic could get a little loud if you wanted to sleep in late, but in Hawaii you don't want to waste the day in bed! Great location and great value for Waikiki. The people at KoKo Resorts were easy to work with and very accomodating.

We had a wonderful stay in Tower 1 Suite 914 at the Waikiki Banyan with KoKo Resorts. The unit had everything we needed and the extra inflatable bed was very comfortable.
We appreciated the opportunity to borrow, at no charge, snorkling equipment, boogie boards, etc - it made the stay even more enjoyable for us and our 9-year old.
I also greatly appreciated the flexibility and quick assistance offered by KoKo Resorts.
Can't wait to go back!
