Exterior Building Enhancement Project

The Association of Owners of the Waikiki Banyan has begun an exterior enhancement project. Most work will be restricted to Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and is scheduled to be completed by the end of December 2013. All public areas will be accessible.   Embarassing

  The kitchen, flooring, bathroom were recently redone and were very nice. The bedroom was okay. The living room carpet was filthy with big dark dirt spots the size of shoes. The sofa and chair was tattered and dirty. We would not sit on it. Thankfully our son was in an other unit, not run by KoKo, and it was beautiful. We mostly stayed there. Liz was very kind and gave us a reduction in rent. I didn't care about the money - I would have liked a decent place to sit.
