Fantastic condo close to everything. Much better layout, upgrades and furnishings than most other condos we have rented or viewed. Building is well run and my kids very much enjoyed the heated pool and two hot-tubs in the evenings.

While Koko Resorts provided old boogie boards and beach chairs, I thought the service could be better. We stayed two weeks which is a long time to not have the place cleaned. We could have cleaned ourselves but with no supplies available we were not about to ga and purchase cleaning supplies. The Home is well equiped (cleaning supplies aside. Good TV, free phone is great. We were at the Banyan with a number of others and it proved a hassle to call from room to room and we were unable to utilize the voice mail, a call to Koko Resorts was useless. Their seems to be a battle with the Hotel and Koko Resorts as we were wakened at 5:15 AM to advise us we had towels on our balcony. You would think this informnation could have been relayed at a more reasonable time. Air conditioner is marginal. Blow up beds are a hassle. The view was great. The pool closed at 9:00PM which is a bit early. Good TV well equiped kitchen nice fridge. This place would be better suited for a couple rather than a family of four.

We stayed in this condo and really enjoyed our visit. The condo was neat, clean, convenient to town and had updated furnishings. I really appreciated the fact there was a washer and dryer. The only minor complaint I have is that there is not enough lighting in the condo, especially in the bathroom/vanity area.

Vancouver, B.C. CanadaOur Perfect Holiday!
Left on 09/16/2009 for a stay in August 2009
We have been to Hawaii on holidays for the past 30 years, renting condos from different agencies. On our trip to Hawaii in May 2009, we happened to meet with the owners of T-2 condo #2414 who referred us to Koko Resorts. We had planned on a family trip in Aug. so I called Koko Resorts and talked with Liz who reserved us 3 rooms at the Banyan. Room #2414 was a luxury--1st class! The kitchen equipped with fine utensils, the beautiful ocean view, all the amenities, esp. the barbecue, pool and hot tubs-- we enjoyed it all. Liz was able to get 2 other rooms for the children--she acommodated all our requests. We will be booking with Koko Resorts again this Nov.

It was nicely appointed with a large l shaped comfy sofa, having a large flat screen TV as well as another smaller one in bedroom was nice, altho no cable channels available. Small washer/dryer in bathroom was a bonus, also being a corner & end unit gave us a bit more privacy and added view of Diamond Head. Downside was the lack of light in the bathroom, there's not a bright enough one over the mirror and also no full length mirror in the unit. Little less roomy with the built in 'storage' area by the kitchen, but still room for a table and chairs as an eating area.

When we opened our door to our condo,we were happy to see that the pictures on the web site were not altered, very clean, and a great view both sides of condo.Free parking with a space always vacant was a great help, loction was 5 minute walk to beach, stores, etc,we would stay here again in a heartbeat.
Small store, coffee shop downstairs made the stay nice.
We were able to have beach toys for free (boggey boards)
and any questions we had were answered.
Great breeze flows through, even though it has AC, it was not needed.
We slept very well, nice end unit location.
The bathroom was small,no tub, still it worked out
We stayed here for 7 days and took a few tours, the bus picked us up a block away so that also made this vacation very relaxing.
looking forword to a return, 10 days next time! -

We were very pleased with the suite. LOVED the free internet and long distance phone calls. Very updated and view to the ocean was beautiful. Only downfall was the sleeping arrangement. Family of 4 and the inflating bed was not comfortable and was a huge inconvience.

St. Petersburg,FLonce we got in it was great!
Left on 08/15/2009 for a stay in August 2008
We arrived late from the airport and couldn't get into the apartment, and a locksmith had to be called (take your rental contract and phone numbers!)This was a major inconvenience since I was travelling with my 85 year old mother and it had already been a long travel day. Once we finally got in, the rental was very nice and lived up to all of my expectations. The unit was beautiful and had great views of Waikiki Beach and Diamond Head, and a nice lanai...(24th floor was a little too high for Mom- but i loved it) It was well located just a couple of blocks from the beach 'strip' and the building was well maintained and clean, with a pool deck and a parking garage.Everyone was very friendly and the city was exceptionally clean.

The condo was exactly as advertised... it was 2 blocks from the beach and just at the edge of all the Waikiki activities and shopping. We could easily walk everywhere but it was great having the parking space because we did have a rental for those days when we left Honolulu. Although the air conditioning unit seemed a bit small for the size of the condo, I would highly recommend this unit and would stay there again. We didn't have time to enjoy all the amenities of the Waikiki Banyan but everything was clean and looked lovely. It was a great stay and Liz was very helpful and patient!

We enjoyed our stay with KoKo resorts very much. The on-site property managers were great to work with and very helpful. The condo had been recently remodeled and was attractive and very clean. The only downside to our stay at the Waikiki Banyan was that the unit was located across the hall from a trash-shoot and the smell outside of our condo was horrible.

Excellent rental service. Our code didn't work, and we immediately called the number given, and in a matter of minutes, we were let in. To our surprise, it was an incredible condo - the view overlooking Waikiki was spectacular. The condo was more than we expected. We're not ones to stay in anything above the 10th floor, but would defintely rent this one again. Big screen tv, all the amenities you needed.
