We had stayed at the Waikiki Banyan in previous visits. We find that the Banyan is perfectly located, it's close proximaty to Waikiki Beach is certainly a plus and it is affordable.
This particular unit has a great ocean view, and was clean.
We had to contact the management company for an extra key and they were more than accomodating.
I would certainly repeat this vacation. -

As the star rating shows this was a great room, and a great stay for our 15 year anniversary! The instructions provided were fairly detailed, and did a nice job of walking us through the process of getting into the room. The only suggestion would be to have additional details on where to find the parking pass. The instructions stated that it would be in the room but not where in the room. A quick phone call and the friendly staff were easily able to direct us to the pass.
The room met and exceed all our expectations. It was large and spacious, the furniture was great and in good condition. It was great having the full kitchen to save a few bucks by avoiding eating out for every meal. We looked forward to coming 'home' after a full day worth of activities. It was also great to be able to enjoy the many views that this room has to offer. The only hiccup that we experienced was there was no hair dryer in the room, but with another quick call we had a new one brought to our room the next day.
During our stay we really enjoyed being so close to the beach, restaurants, and shopping...all within walking distance.
The only real frustration we had was with the door that went from the parking to the elevators in Tower 2. Many times that door would be closed which would mean a long walk down the stairs, a walk back through the main entrance, and to the elevators. Add in a long tiring day, and carrying beach gear and bags, and it did raise some blood pressure. Perhaps an additional key provided that would work on those doors would solve this issue in the future.
With most of the issues relatively minor in nature I would highly recommend Koko resort, and this room to friends, family, and any stranger I meet! -

Corner 1 br large unit, quiet, fully equipped kitchen. Just bring your clothes & toothbrush. Stained carpet and furniture needs replacing but were very clean. Otherwise would rate the unit a 10! Office is very helpful, Liz was great. Would definitely recommend and stay there again.

We booked our stay in Dr. Adlers suite with Liz. We found the suite delightful and close to the beach with all ammenities nearby. Our viw was great and Liz was most accomodating. Our only recommendation would be that there were more beach chairs available. We made an excellent choice and are contemplating a return. Thank you for your wonderful hospitality. nice and clean apartment...carpet needed some cleaning but in rest was a great place, great view!
