Exterior Building Enhancement Project

The Association of Owners of the Waikiki Banyan has begun an exterior enhancement project.   We booked online through Koko resorts. We've had good feedback from the forum. We rented the condo 3502 - Tower II. We were very satisfied. Parking and internet included in the price. Very nice view of the ocean. Very clean. We booked for 11 nights. I'd stayed in these condo in the future. Very good service with Koko Resorts. For us, this is what we wanted and we got it perfectly. The hotel is a bit old and the facilities but for us it was not important. It was the condo and one, was to our liking. Very close to the beach as well as shops, restaurants, everything we wanted. I also liked that it is at the time of arrival, we went straight to our condo without a reception and often wait until we meet and it was the same for departure, not through reception.

  We loved the condominium, the location, the view and all of the extras! The condominium was beautifully decorated and had everything that we needed even down to coffee filters! The people at the KoKo resort office were so accomodating and helpful. We were traveling with 2 teenagers and they were able to borrow boogie boards and towels and walk to the best part of Waikiki beach. Then in the evening they could walk to shopping in downtown Waikiki. It was so nice to have free parking and free internet. I would love to come and stay longer...especially if I were able to rent this particular condominium.

  Tower 2 Suite 3502 Waikiki Banyan, managed by KoKo Resorts in Honolulu was one of the best of the many units in which we have stayed in at "The Banyan" --We had a great holiday and hope to stay there again. Only two items we found irratating both can be fixed at little expence and a trip to Walmart!!! One was the cheap tacky table knife fork and spoons and secondly the lack of drinking glassware both of which was so out of character for an otherwise great unit with a good kitchen setup.
