- 31 to 59 days or more prior to check-in date $100.00 charge
- 30 to 15 days prior to check-in date $200.00 charge
- 14 days or less prior to check-in date The greater of 50% cost of stay or $300 penalty
- No Show 100% cost of stay penalty
- No refunds for early check outs

  This was a "decent" condo with a magnificent view of the ocean. Says sleeps 5, we had 5 adults. Master bedroom was fine, second bedroom had a twin and a full size bed. 3 grown adults couldn't all sleep/fit in this room. Very small and once you put 2 suitcases on the floor their is no where to move. We rotated who had to sleep out in the living room. The couches were not pull out beds and too uncomfortable for a good nights sleep. We used the cushions on the floor for a make shift bed which then made using the kitchen impossible as the kitchen/dining/living area are all one large room. Great for family time and meals.
  The condo was dusty, no dishwasher so unless you get picnic stuff plan on washing dishes. When we asked about getting internet, they wrote back that there was a modem. Didn't say that we had to ask to have the modem delivered and waited 4 days to hear back from them.
  The location was ideal but this condo needs upgrades and repairs. Refrigerator/freezer - ice machine had to be washed and the ice still came out rusty and dirty. Wash machine - cold water ran hot and hot water ran cold... A few new appliances, carpet and furniture that isn't embarrassingly stained and it could be a luxury condo.
  All that being said, our vacation didn't focus on these things, it was about time together and this was a great place for that.
  P.S. The gym has equipment that didn't work or couldn't be used correctly and the pool was decent and a nice hang out for the over 70 crowd. We used the 24 Hr. Fitness that overlooked the beach for our gym. 1/2 a mile walk to and from but totally worth it. Running the canal was also ideal. Highly recommend Island Magic Catamaran for an evening sail. We got to see whales and the crew was great. Check for Groupon or Living Social deals for food and entertainment.

  We stayed at this location in the middle of June. Getting here was easy. got there late in the evening, friendly security guard gave us the keys.the buidling is very secure. Having parking available at no extra cost was awesome. In the morning we woke up to realize we are on 32 floor!!! The view was amazing! on the left, diamond head and straight ahead ocean ocean ocean , and more ocean on the right!!!
  We found everything we needed for cooking in the kitchen.
  We liked this place because it was so close to everything, we would drive to the beach during the day (all around the island) and then we would go out at night. It was nice that we didn't take our car out at night and could just enjoy Waikiki. Having air conditioner was awesome, as the heat was almost unbearable the first night (we arrived from cold and rainy Vancouver)
  Price was great, and 2 bdr was enough for 5 of us , but condo can probably fit more people (2 more people can sleep in the living room technically)
  the only reason I did not give 5 stars, was because we had an issue with a washing machine (we tried to wash our clothing and eneded up cleaning up water all over the floor and hand washing towels for couple hours because washer failed), and no one came to fix it during our stay, so we had to hand wash everything during our stay and did not get any discount or any coupons/coins for laundary service.
  But overall, staying at this location was an amazing experience, and we look at our little misfortune as an adventure, and are thankful that nothing worse has happened .
  We are also very thankful to Monica for quickly responding to our emails, for up to date pictures of the condo, and for giving us a good rate. We are also thankful to management office downstairs, and security guards, for letting us park our car there on the day of our return home, so that we could enjoy few more hours on the beach before heading home
