If you would like to have Million Dollar Views for much less than a million dollars then the Penthouse Suite may be for you. Some of the highlights include a large living and dining area, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. It also has a washer and dryer in the condo.
Sleeping accommodations include a Master Bedroom with a King bed. The second bedroom has two twin beds. High quality inflatable mattress are available upon request to sleep up to a maximum of 6 people. We went there in Sep. 2011, check in was easy, the apartment was clean, even though it has white old carpet. The ocean view was awesome, wide wall windows in the living room and in other 2 bedrooms, I loved it. I was disappointed with closets, they are locked and no access; there is only one open in 1 bedroom, so we had to share. One bathroom has a tab and the other one just a shower (jacuzzi didn't work). The kitchen is old and need remodel. Tv is old and doesn't work properly; need upgrade. Good that we had a laptop with us and watched movies there. The beach is couple blocks away and just a few minutes walk. Abc store is on this street. Bus stop is really close and convenient. We enjoyed our stay there despite the fact that the apartment need some improvements. An ocean view is great advantage to this apartment and covers most shortcomings.
