(3-night minimum) You’ll enjoy fabulous views overlooking the ocean, Diamond Head and Kapiolani Park by day and great sunsets and city lights at night from this 31st floor, one-bedroom condo with central AC (534 sq.ft. plus lanai). The living room has a 55” 3D TV, Blu-ray DVD player with sound system, and a king size sleeper sofa that can slide apart to become 2 twins. The kitchen has a 4-burner glass cook-top and a large broiler/toaster oven (rather than a full size oven) (no dishwasher). The bedroom, with queen bed and 2nd TV, also has ocean views! This place was exactly what the pictures looked like. There was free parking and wifi. They were efficient with the check in and every thing was clean. This is a modern room with clean appliances and up-to-date technology (even a 3D TV with surround sound). The views were terrific, nothing like waking up in the middle of the night seeing the moon and then rolling over in the morning and seeing this view (from the 31st floor). And yes, it has the perfect sunset. Everything you needed was there. It is in a great location, close to the beach and great access to the H1. The elevators are sometimes slow, but that's what you get for having 38 floors. I would highly recommend renting this space. It is clean, convenient and close to the beach. if I were to have a complaint, it would be that there is no daily cleaning service so if we ran out of toilet paper, we had to replace it ourselves. And when the towels were dirty, we would have to do laundry (which is a coined laundry on each floor).
