The building offers a brand new large pool on the 6th floor with sauna, jacuzzi and huge deck area for sun bathing, BBQ, laundry, parking, convenience store, sauna, jacuzzi and much more. Large lobby with free daily newspaper, 24 hour security, 4 elevators and parking garage.

The neighborhood has numerous restaurants, shopping, convenience stores, surf rental shops and activity desks. It is just 1 short block from the world's most famous beach, where you can take in surfing, stand up paddling, canoe surfing, body boarding, snorkel or just sun bathe. Popular surf spots in front of the building include Publics, Queens Surf, Canoes, Pops and 3's. This is where everyone wants to be!

A few blocks away you will find famous Kapiolani park and the Waikiki Shell, Honolulu Zoo, Waikiki Aquarium, Diamond Head, golfing and many tennis courts. Watch the sunsets from nearly any vantage point along the beach and see the Friday night fireworks from the Hilton Village. Bring your camera.

Transportation is readily available. Bus stops are located in front of the property, and you can circle the island from your back yard. Rental cars are not really necessary unless you want to spend a lot of time at a certain destination. Ala Moana Center and Convention Center are about 1 mile away, ride the bus or one of the many open air trolleys.

No complaints here. We really enjoyed our stay. The place was clean and comfortable. Everything described on the webpage was accurate. You get what you see/read. Keep in mind, if you plan on having a vehicle, you do have to pay for parking which wasn't an issue for us. I would definitely rent from this guy again.

  180 degree spectacular Views!!

  My husband and I stayed Ic-3219 for eight days in august 2012. The room is studio type and has two queen size beds. The bed was comfortable, but somewhat firm. The bathroom has a full size bathtub and hand held shower head with a good water pressure (you need to pull down a ring-like nozzle by the rim of the faucet for shower to work). The kitchen has good counter space with a full size refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, rice cooker, portable electric two burner stove, 1 pot and 1 pan, glasses, mug cups, plates and bowls (bowls were a little too big for cereal but are versatile), silverware and utensils. The lanai is big enough to accommodate three to four adults easily. The view from the lanai is spectacular! You can enjoy 180 degree view of ala'wai canal, Diamond Head and ocean view during the day and the city rights at night. At 6th floor of the building, there are a pool, jacuzzi, shower, bathroom, coin-operated laundry, BBQ & picnic area and even a convenience store! The building is also used as a hotel (Aqua group), but the front staff are very friendly and helpful even if you are not a hotel guest. To get to the closest beach, it takes about 7minutes to walk. A short walk to the bus stop, restaurants and Food Pantry super market (bring your own cereal because it's very expensive!!). Any concerns or problems, Roger can be reached a phone call away. His response is always prompt. The unit is perfect for couple, friends or family.
